Construction of a 16,728 SF medium Battalion Headquarters buildings. The facility includes classrooms, offices, a large open office space, conference rooms and break rooms. It is a two-story steel framed building with brick veneer and a sloped metal roof. Site work on the project includes a parking lot and road with parallel parking and landscaped areas around the facility. Megen is the General Contractor on the project, which is part of a MATOC with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District. This is the fourth project that Megen has constructed on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The project is scheduled to be completed in August 2016.
