Fairfield City Schools, Segment 1 - Fairfield, OH
CLIENT: Fairfield City School District  VALUE: $65M ROLE: CMR
A multi-building program for Fairfield City Schools consisting of demolishing the existing Fairfield Freshman High School and Central Elementary School, and constructing two new 90,336 SF PK-5 elementary schools and a new 140,458 SF freshman high school. Each wing of the new elementary schools will have extended learning areas for flexible team teaching and group activities. The project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification. Megen Construction, in collaboration with joint venture partner Skanska, is providing preconstruction and construction management at risk services for Fairfield City School District and the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. The project is currently under construction to be completed in August 2017.
